A single-level ranch home built in 2022, coming soon on Spring Lakes Circle, Bowling Green, KY 42104. Split-bedroom floor plan with three bedrooms (three queen beds; sleeps 6), two full bathrooms, and an attached 2-car garage.
The open living, kitchen, and dining area has wood-look flooring and a shiplap accent wall with a fireplace. The kitchen has white shaker cabinets, granite counters, a large island with pendant lights, and stainless appliances (French-door refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher). The primary suite has a tray ceiling, a walk-in closet, and a private bath with a double vanity and a walk-in glass shower; the hall bath has a tub/shower. Covered front porch, covered back porch with a wood deck, and a laundry room.
Located off Three Springs Road, near Basil Griffin Park, Aviation Heritage Park, and Greenwood Mall.
